First in school we have been learning about NZ Birds. It was fun because we did a treasure hunt about birds there was riddles and guessing it was very fun doing that.
Second we did maths or writing but i chose maths it was really fun we went on e-ako maths we had to do number facts it was fun and easy. After that we sorted birds and used are brains to use numbers.
Last we did writing this is my writing for the day writing a blog post.
stay safe, wash your hands, bye!
Kia ora Brax, great to see you posting on your blog. Do you have a favourite bird? There are so many but I really like piwakawaka at the moment because two of them visit my deck most days. If you finish your school work maybe you could get creative and so something yourself. Or have you checked out the lessons on TV?
ReplyDeleteHi Brax, it's been lovely to see you in the online lessons this week. I'm glad to see you've been enjoying your learning. Remember, there are lots of activities on the tumble if you are bored. Another way to stay active is to see what you can be doing to help Mum during this time, with chores around the house. Have you been playing any board games or doing any baking over the last three weeks?
ReplyDeleteWe'll look forward to your future posts Brax - remember, you don't have to wait for it to be a writing activity, you can blog whenever you like. Take care and stay safe :-)
Hi Brax, I'm so pleased to see you are enjoying your online learning activities this term. In your study of New Zealand birds did you learn about Tui. We have a Tui that visited our property often in summer. He fed on the nectar in the flowers of our massive Norfolk Island Hibiscus Tree. We loved watching him swoop. He would sit and sing and sing as he sat up in the tree. Which native New Zealand bird did you enjoy learning about most? Did you learn new facts about different birds that interested you?
ReplyDeleteKeep safe and well in your bubble and continue to enjoy your term two learning.
