My fitness plan.
Hey bloggers this week we made a fitness plan it helps us to get more movement because the seniors topic this year is Taha Tinana, it means physical well-being. We have to do our plan in 15 minutes. On my one it has 20 star jumps, 1 minute plank, 15 push ups, 70 bear crawls, 20 squats, 20 lunges 30 second side planks, 20 bicycles and 2 laps around the field. We used paper for the first one and after two days we made a digital fitness plan on our chrome books and on that we could find pictures of people doing it so we don't forget how to do it.
